The AI GALLI Merlot Rosé Frizzante is a finely sparkling rosé wine with a charming character and Italian lightness. Made from 100% Merlot, this Frizzante comes from eastern Veneto – a region known for its fruit-driven and easy-drinking wines. The grapes are carefully processed: after a short maceration on the skins for 12 to 24 hours to extract color and aromas, temperature-controlled fermentation follows at 18–20°C for ten days in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in pressure tanks using the Charmat method until the desired effervescence is achieved. Fermentation is stopped by cold stabilization at –4°C to preserve freshness and clarity.

With an alcohol content of 11% Vol., lively mousse, and a fresh, youthful style, this Rosé Frizzante is the ideal companion for uncomplicated moments of enjoyment. The serving temperature is 8–10°C, and it should be enjoyed young – the optimal storage period is 1 to 2 years.
