The AI GALLI Chardonnay Frizzante is a finely sparkling semi-sparkling wine (Frizzante) from Veneto, which charmingly interprets the elegant freshness of Chardonnay. Unlike a Spumante, this Frizzante has a moderate carbonation pressure, making it particularly soft, easily accessible, and pleasant on the palate. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it impresses with varietal typicity, vibrancy, and delicate fruit play. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18–20°C for 10 to 12 days. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method, preserving the fruit's freshness and developing the fine sparkling effect.

With 11% Vol. alcohol, this Frizzante is light, enjoyable to drink, and ideally suited for informal moments of pleasure. The recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C, allowing the delicate fruit aromas to unfold optimally.
