The grapes for the LIDO Prosecco Brut are harvested in the cooler morning hours to optimally preserve freshness and aroma. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressure tanks using the Charmat method. The result is a lively, finely sparkling Prosecco with refreshing fruit, clear style, and youthful elegance – ideal for uncomplicated enjoyment with a touch of Dolce Vita.
