The Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong, with 46.8% volume and 0.7 litres content, is an exceptional limited edition from the award-winning Speyside distillery The Macallan. It was created through a unique collaboration between Euan Kennedy, The Macallan's Lead Whisky Maker, and brothers Joan, Josep, and Jordi Roca, the creative minds behind the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona.

Together, they travelled to the vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong to capture its essence – a fascinating symbiosis of centuries-old traditions and modern dynamism. This intensive engagement with the city, which reinterprets public spaces, led to a whisky that is far more than just a drink: it is the result of a cultural and culinary adventure. While Euan Kennedy transformed the impressions into a single malt, Joan Roca created a matching menu, inspired by Hong Kong's cosmopolitan cuisine.

This whisky captures the energy and complexity of Hong Kong. It is a symphony of flavours, with a rich intensity of ginger, spices, and antique oak, balanced by the tropical vibrancy of mango and grapefruit.
