The Hillinger HILL Brut Rosé Reserve 2020 11.5 % Vol. 0.75 l is an elegant premium sparkling wine from Burgenland, produced with the utmost precision using an elaborate traditional bottle fermentation method. This vintage is made from 100% Pinot Noir and comes from organic farming, which underlines its purity and aromatic precision. After the vinification of the base wine, liqueur de tirage is added before the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It then matures on the lees for 3 years before being carefully disgorged – a process that gives it its fine perlage and special finesse.
