The Tommasi Graticcio Appassionato 12.5% Vol. 0.75 L is an expressive red wine from Veneto that perfectly embodies the traditional craftsmanship of the Tommasi family. Since 1902, the winery has stood for the highest quality and the passion to create authentic wines from regional grape varieties.


For the Graticcio Appassionato, the Corvina, Rondinella, and Merlot grape varieties are used, which come from selected Venetian growing areas. After harvesting, a portion of the grapes is air-dried for about a month on traditional bamboo racks, known as "Graticcio." This process gives the wine a more intense aroma and forms the basis for its distinctive character.


After fermentation, the wine ages for six months in large Slavonian oak barrels. This gives it additional depth, structure, and elegance. The result is a harmonious, velvety red wine that impresses with its balance of fruit, spice, and softness.
