As the name suggests, the Glen Turner TRIPLE CASK matures in three different types of casks. The main maturation takes place in classic ex-bourbon casks, which impart notes of vanilla, honey, and caramel. This is complemented by maturation in sherry casks, which give the whisky additional depth, fruitiness, and spice. The maturation is rounded off by European oak casks, which contribute fine woody notes and a subtle tannin structure.
