This exceptional rum is produced using the traditional Solera process, in which different maturation levels are blended together in oak barrels. The aromas are characterized by dried fruits, vanilla, nuts, cinnamon, and a hint of black pepper, accompanied by a subtle dryness resulting from the long barrel aging.
