The Salzl Don Bepo White Wine Cuvée 2024 12.5% Vol. 0.75 l is a brilliantly fresh cuvée from the Burgenland winery Salzl Seewinkelhof, known for its elegant, terroir-driven wines. Named after the winemaker grandfather "Don Bepo," this wine embodies the philosophy of the estate: authentic grape varieties, careful craftsmanship, and unadulterated enjoyment.


The cuvée combines the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Bouvier, and Gelber Muskateller. This combination ensures aromatic diversity, liveliness, and a wonderfully fresh flavor profile. It is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by three months of aging on fine lees, which gives the wine additional creaminess and balance. Grown on gravelly brown earth soil, the 2024 vintage brings a mineral character that is perfectly accentuated by the crisp acidity and abundant fruit.
