The K+K Kirnbauer Cesario Brut 12% Vol. 0.75 l is an exceptional sparkling wine from Burgenland, produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. This places it among high-quality sparkling wines characterized by elegance, finesse, and complex aromatics. The cuvée combines Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc – vinified using the Blanc de Blancs et Blanc de Noirs method. While Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness, vibrant fruit, and structure, Cabernet Franc contributes spice, finesse, and elegant depth.


The grapes thrive on stony, calcareous, and sandy loam soils, which gives the wine its distinctive minerality. After a cool primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the Cesario ages on its lees for 18 months. Sealed with a natural cork and ageable until at least 2030, it offers a stylish, long-lasting sparkling wine experience.
