The Cà dei Frati Ronchedone Vino Rosso 2022 14% Vol. 0.75 l is a full-bodied red wine from Lombardy, specifically from the southern shore of Lake Garda. Produced by the renowned winery Cà dei Frati, which has been known for its terroir-driven wines for centuries, it combines elegance, power, and expressiveness in perfect balance.


The cuvée unites the grape varieties Marzemino, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The proportion of Marzemino provides fruity depth, Sangiovese brings elegance and spice, while Cabernet Sauvignon lends structure and power. The grapes come from morainic soils with a high proportion of lime and clay – typical for the area around Lake Garda. After a careful harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration period. Subsequently, the wine matures for 14 months in oak barriques and another four months in the bottle to develop its complex structure and aromatic complexity.
