The Isle of Raasay The Draam Hebridean Single Malt Whisky comes from the young and award-winning Isle of Raasay Distillery on the Hebridean island of the same name, off the coast of the Isle of Skye. This legendary single malt was first introduced in 2021 and is based on the unique six-cask recipe of Master Distiller Alasdair Day. With its honey-gold color and subtle nuances of red wine tones, it offers remarkable depth of flavor that belies its age.


The Draam is inspired by an older style of Hebridean single malt whisky, but possesses a lighter, fragrant smokiness elegantly balanced by intense dark fruit aromas. It is based on a sophisticated recipe in which two different spirits – peated and unpeated – mature separately in American rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. It is bottled at 46.4% ABV, in natural color, and without chill filtration.
