The Bottega Alexander Aqva di Vita Grappa Bianca is a noble, crystal-clear pomace brandy from Northeast Italy, embodying the pure essence of Italian distillation artistry. It is based on healthy, fresh, and vinous pomace from the most renowned wine regions of the Northeast, which are carefully stored immediately after wine pressing to preserve their full quality and aroma. This meticulous selection and processing of raw materials is the first and crucial step in producing a high-quality grappa.


The Alexander Grappa Bianca is made from a finely tuned cuvée of the best grape varieties from Northern Italy. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills in three phases at different temperatures to optimally preserve the aromatic diversity. Thanks to vacuum distillation, volatile aromas are retained, while bain-marie heating (indirect water bath method) allows for particularly gentle and controlled processing. Afterwards, the grappa matures for about six months in stainless steel tanks, which harmonizes its flavor profile and creates an incomparable softness.
