The Bottega Alexander Aqva Di Vita Grappa Cru Prosecco & Moscato is an elegant and finely balanced pomace spirit, crafted from a refined blend of two noble grape varieties: Glera, the basis of the world-famous Prosecco, and Moscato, known for its fragrant, floral aromas. The result is a harmonious grappa that combines the freshness, fruitiness and elegance of the Glera grape with the aromatic sweetness and finesse of the Moscato.


The foundation of its outstanding quality lies in the careful selection and storage of the fresh, vinous pomace, which comes from specially selected vineyards. Production takes place in traditional copper stills in three distillation phases at different temperatures to preserve the full spectrum of aromas. Thanks to vacuum distillation, the delicate aromas of the grapes are fully preserved, whilst bain-marie heating (an indirect water-bath method) enables a particularly gentle, controlled distillation. After distillation, the grappa is aged for around six months in stainless steel tanks, which gives it additional smoothness, structure and a harmonious balance.
