The Bottega Alexander Aqva di Vita Grappa Cru Prosecco & Moscato is an elegant and finely balanced pomace brandy, consisting of a refined cuvée of two noble grape varieties: Glera, the base of the world-famous Prosecco, and Moscato, known for its fragrant, floral aromas. The result is a harmonious grappa that combines the freshness, fruitiness, and elegance of the Glera grape with the aromatic sweetness and finesse of Moscato.


The foundation for its outstanding quality is the careful selection and storage of fresh, vinous pomace, sourced from specially selected vineyards. Production takes place in traditional copper pot stills in three distillation phases at different temperatures, in order to preserve the full spectrum of aromas. Thanks to vacuum distillation, the delicate fragrances of the grapes are fully retained, while bain-marie heating (indirect water bath method) allows for a particularly gentle, controlled distillation. After distillation, the grappa is aged for approximately six months in stainless steel tanks, which gives it additional softness, structure, and a harmonious balance.
