Der Bottega Alexander Aqva di Vita Grappa Prosecco is an elegant and aromatically refined pomace brandy, obtained from the skins of Glera grapes – the golden-yellow grape variety from which the world-famous Prosecco is made. Production adheres to the highest quality standards, focusing on the care and purity of the raw materials. Only healthy, fresh, and vinous pomace from the best growing regions of Northern Italy is carefully stored immediately after pressing to preserve its quality and full aroma.


Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, using a three-stage process at different temperatures. Bottega uses vacuum distillation to best protect the delicate aromatic compounds, while bain-marie heating (water bath) ensures a particularly gentle processing. This results in a grappa of exceptional purity, perfectly capturing the fresh, fruity, and floral notes of the Glera grape. The grappa then matures for approximately six months in stainless steel tanks, which refines its structure and gives it a particularly soft, harmonious texture.
