The basis for this grappa is the pomace of the Vespaiolo grape, an indigenous white grape variety from Breganze, also known for the famous sweet wine "Torcolato". After careful fermentation, the pomace is slowly distilled in traditional copper pot stills, optimally preserving the delicate aromas.
