The Poli Bassano del Grappa 24 Carati Oro is a noble, artisan-crafted grappa from the traditional house of Poli Distillerie in Schiavon near Bassano del Grappa. With an alcohol content of 40% Vol., this grappa represents the highest Italian distillation art, passion, and decades of experience in refining fine pomace brandies.


The raw material is a pomace cuvée from typical Veneto grape varieties, which forms the basis for its harmonious, complex character. The artisanal distillation takes place in small copper pot stills using a steam flow process, a traditional method that allows for a particularly gentle separation of the aromas, thus preserving the freshness and elegance of the grapes. The grappa is then patiently aged in the company's underground cellars, which gives it its golden color and its smooth, finely structured texture.
