The raw material used is rue (Ruta graveolens), an aromatic plant that has been valued for centuries in Mediterranean herbal tradition for its fresh, slightly tart and balsamic notes. The artisanal distillation in small copper pot stills and the natural infusion of rue branches in grappa create a uniquely fragrant and characterful herbal grappa.
