Since 1898, the family business Poli has stood for the highest quality and authentic craftsmanship in grappa production. With an alcohol content of 40% Vol. and bottled in a noble 0.7-liter bottle, the Elegante presents itself as part of the popular Po' Di Poli series, which stands for clearly defined styles. It is based on selected pomace from aromatic grape varieties, which are distilled using traditional methods in copper pot stills. This artisanal processing creates a grappa of fine clarity, balance, and elegant structure.
