The raw material used is the Isabella grape (Erdbeertraube), a particularly aromatic grape variety known for its natural sweetness and fine structure. The production method is based on artisanal distillation in a discontinuous bain-marie process, which takes place in small production batches. This traditional process ensures gentle processing and the preservation of the typical characteristics of the grapes used. The result is an aromatic grape brandy that impresses with its exceptional purity and balance.
