Sauza Hacienda Reposado is made from 100% blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber Azul), which thrives in the mineral-rich soils of Jalisco. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked, fermented, and double distilled. The tequila then matures for several months in oak barrels, developing its golden color and characteristic aromas of vanilla, caramel, and oak. This barrel aging gives it its soft, rounded character and makes it an ideal tequila for both neat enjoyment and classic cocktails.
