As the name suggests, the LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) comes from a single vintage, in this case 2020, and is aged longer in barrels than a classic Vintage Port. This means it is already mature, accessible, and ready to drink when purchased, without losing character and intensity.


The grapes come from old vines in the best locations of the Douro Valley. After classic fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, the port wine matures for several years in large oak barrels before being bottled.
