The Courvoisier XO Royal Le Cognac de Napoléon is a noble tribute to the magnificent past of the Courvoisier brand and its close connection to European royal courts. This exceptional XO Cognac was created by the renowned Master Blender Patrice Pinet and is inspired by historical Courvoisier cognacs once served in the royal palaces of Europe. Especially in the early 20th century, Courvoisier enjoyed great popularity – even King Edward VII of Great Britain had his own blend, the "Edward VII Reserve," specially made. Some of these rare bottles are still stored today in the legendary Paradis cellar in Jarnac, where the inspiration for the XO Royal originated.


The blend harmoniously combines the finest eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois de Jarnac and Grande Champagne regions, which matured for many years in selected French oak barrels. This creates a full-bodied, profound, and complex cognac that impresses with its multifaceted aroma profile and elegant structure.
