The Nikka From the Barrel Double Matured 90th Anniversary Blended Whisky, 51.4% ABV, 0.02 l, is a special anniversary release from the renowned Japanese Nikka Whisky Distilling Company, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2024. This edition pays tribute to the exceptional craftsmanship and innovative spirit of the founder, Masataka Taketsuru, who is regarded as the father of Japanese whisky.

The Nikka From the Barrel Double Matured is based on the iconic blend, which is prized worldwide for its depth and intensity, but has been specially refined for the anniversary. Following an initial maturation in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, this whisky undergoes a second, carefully controlled maturation – known as ‘Double Maturation’. This process intensifies the complexity and harmony of the aromas and lends the whisky additional roundness and structure.

With a robust alcohol content of 51.4% vol., the Nikka From the Barrel 90th Anniversary is powerful, aromatic and perfectly balanced. Available in a 0.02 l miniature bottle, it offers the chance to discover this limited special edition in a compact format – ideal for collectors or tastings.
