This London Dry Gin gets its distinctive taste from the harmonious combination of potent juniper, spicy Sichuan pepper, lemon balm, citrus nuances, and fine floral aromas. After distillation, it is refined by maceration with hand-picked petals – a process that not only gives it aromatic depth but also, in combination with tonic, a delicate rosé color.
