The Dellavalle Grappa Affinata in botti da Sauternes 2007 is an exclusive, barrel-aged vintage bottling from the Distilleria Roberto Dellavalle in Vigliano d’Asti. For this special edition, selected pomace is gently distilled in small copper stills to preserve the varietal typical finesse and clarity of the distillate. The grappa then matures in Sauternes casks that previously held the famous French noble sweet wine from the Bordeaux region. This barrel aging imbues the grappa with the characteristic honey-like sweetness, soft fruit notes, and elegant depth typical of Sauternes wines. The 2007 vintage and the noble presentation in a wooden box underscore the exclusivity of this limited Dellavalle bottling.
