Dellavalle Grappa Barbera comes from the traditional Distilleria Dellavalle in Vigliano d'Asti in the heart of Piedmont and presents itself as a convincing, varietally typical representative of a barrel-aged Barbera grappa. The distillery, run by Roberto Dellavalle, exclusively processes high-quality Barbera pomace, which is distilled gently in small pot stills to preserve its aromas. The result is a first-class grappa with a pleasant nose, full body, and a harmonious combination of fruit, warmth, and subtle barrel spice. Bottled at 42% by volume, this Grappa Barbera exhibits a mild, balanced character shaped by the natural properties of the grape variety.


Maturation in selected barriques gives the distillate an elegant golden color as well as additional softness and depth. The typical Barbera expression merges with subtle woody notes to create a well-rounded, rich overall impression.
