Made from 100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana), this wine showcases the typical finesse, clarity, and depth that have characterized the wines of the traditional winery Tommasi Viticoltori for generations.


The grapes come from the winery's own gently sloping vineyards around the Le Fornaci cellar in Sirmione, where they thrive on calcareous clay and marl soils. The mild climate, influenced by Lake Garda with its constant breeze, ensures a slow, even ripening of the grapes, preserving their freshness and aromatic qualities. After gentle hand-picking, the berries are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then briefly aged on fine lees to give the wine additional depth and structure.
