For the Ice Impérial Rosé, every element of the assemblage has been precisely harmonised. The cuvée consists of a majority of Pinot Noir (45-55%), which provides structure and fruit intensity, and Pinot Meunier (35-45%), which enriches the cuvée with fullness, harmony and roundness. A small proportion of Chardonnay (5-10%) gives the champagne its refreshing acidity and elegance. The composition is rounded off with 20-30% carefully selected reserve wines, which guarantee intensity, depth and consistency. The result is a champagne that delights with opulent fruit, lively freshness and harmonious balance - perfect for enjoying over ice and for the great moments of summer.
