Production follows classic Serbian distilling traditions, using carefully selected and fully ripe fruit. After distillation, this Šljivovica first matures for three years in barrels before further aging for four years in the bottle. This long maturation period gives the brandy a clear structure and a characteristic profile that authentically reflects the typical properties of Serbian plum brandies.
