The fruits come exclusively from controlled cultivation areas and are only processed when they have reached their optimal ripeness. Afterwards, the spirit matures for several years in open glass balloons, which gives it its particularly fine and clear structure. The long resting period ensures that the natural fruit notes combine harmoniously, creating an expressive yet elegant distillate that exemplarily reflects the philosophy of Rochelt.
