The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco is harvested with the greatest care, with the grapes already selected in the vineyard to ensure a high quality level. In the cellar, particularly gentle pressing cycles then take place, during which contact with oxygen is largely avoided to preserve the natural freshness and purity of the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled conditions in steel tanks and, to a lesser extent, in French oak barriques. This combination allows for a precise balance between creaminess, structure, and clear freshness. After vinification, the Pomino Bianco further matures in the bottle before presenting its elegant structure and pronounced freshness.
