The Adam-Lieleg Sauvignon Blanc Styria 2025 epitomises the region’s vibrant white wine culture and combines fresh aromas with a crisp structure. The estate’s signature regional wines are vinified in the traditional manner in stainless steel tanks, thereby preserving the varietal precision, fruit-driven style and elegant lightness characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. The 2025 vintage was vinified with a particular focus on freshness and aromatic intensity, which gives the wine its lively character and firmly anchors it in its Styrian identity. Maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasises the purity of the grape variety, whilst the Adam-Lieleg Winery’s careful grape selection contributes to the wine’s distinct profile. The recommended serving temperature of 8°C brings out its taut structure and aromatic finesse particularly well.

The interplay of the regional climate, modern winemaking techniques and sustainable viticulture results in a Sauvignon Blanc characterised by clean lines and a fruity, aromatic and fresh character. The style typical of the region combines a lively structure with harmonious elegance, making this vintage a versatile companion for a wide range of culinary occasions. The combination of terroir, oenological precision and a Styrian interpretation significantly shapes the overall character of this Styrian Sauvignon Blanc, making it a delightful and approachable wine to enjoy.
