The White Heather 15 Years Old is matured using a complex dual maturation system in American and European oak. This combination provides structure, spice, and a balanced sweetness without overpowering the character of the individual whiskies. Throughout the entire maturation period, the development of the distillate is regularly monitored to ensure an optimal aromatic profile. The whisky is bottled at 46% Vol., non-chill filtered, and in a natural style, which gives it additional depth and texture.
