The Hillinger Hill Side White 2023 is an expressive Austrian quality white wine from Burgenland, distinguished by its depth, exotic aromatics, and creamy structure. The vinification is precisely designed for expression and texture. After approximately six hours of skin contact, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about four weeks. Subsequently, the wine matures for approximately two months on the full lees and another four months on the fine lees, giving the dry white wine depth, creaminess, and balance. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, the 2023 vintage is full-bodied, well-rounded, and harmonious. Its defined aging potential of around three years underscores its focus on enjoyable maturity and stability. Bottled with natural cork, this Austrian white wine presents itself as sophisticated, distinctive, and characterful.
