Produced by Familia Torres, this bottling is made exclusively from the aromatic Muscat d’Alexandrie grape variety, known for its intense fruit, floral nuances, and exotic aroma. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, and then fermented for about two weeks in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16 °C to specifically preserve freshness and varietal typicity.


Only after fermentation is complete does the particularly gentle dealcoholization take place using the Spinning Cone Column process, in which the volatile aroma components are separated, the alcohol is removed, and the aromas are reintroduced. Subsequently, the secondary fermentation is initiated in the tank, giving the Torres Natureo Sparkling Semi-Seco alcohol-free its fine perlage and lively structure. The result is an alcohol-free sparkling wine with a semi-dry character that appears exceptionally fruity and clearly positions itself as an elegant alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative.
