Vinification begins with hand-picking to select only the best grape material. After destemming and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which precisely brings out the varietal aromas. The wine then matures for at least 24 months in large oak barrels, where it develops complexity, tannin structure, and balance. Additional bottle aging rounds out the profile and ensures a harmonious overall impression.
