The Old Pulteney Harbour 40% matures exclusively in carefully selected American oak casks. This maturation in high-quality American oak gives the Highland Single Malt with American oak maturation a balanced structure with creamy, fruity and spicy elements. Stored in the traditional dunnage warehouse near Wick Bay, this 0.7 l single malt develops its typically subtly maritime character.
