The Fratelli Francoli Carissima Limoncello 30% Vol. 0.7 L is a high-quality Italian Limoncello that combines the traditional production of this popular lemon liqueur with modern precision and careful selection of raw materials. Produced by the renowned Fratelli Francoli distillery, this Limoncello from Italy is made from the peels of ten different lemon varieties. These primarily come from the Italian south coast and ensure a particularly complex and full-bodied aroma. The combination of fresh and dried lemon peels as well as concentrated lemon juice gives this premium lemon liqueur its characteristic intensity.


For production, the fresh lemon zests are macerated in two different alcohol strengths, extracting the valuable essential oils from the peel. Additionally, steam distillation of the lemon peels is carried out to obtain further aromatic components that give the Fratelli Francoli Limoncello structure and depth. Dried lemon zests are also macerated for several days, creating particularly stable and long-lasting aromas. The lemon juice used is concentrated eightfold at low temperatures, giving the Limoncello liqueur a balanced freshness and a pleasant lively acidity. A syrup is made with Italian beet sugar and soft spring water from Ghemme, which is then combined with the macerates obtained. The result is an aromatic Limoncello with 30% Vol., which is also produced in a climate-neutral way and authentically reflects Italian enjoyment culture.
