The grapes grow in Hillinger's "second home" Constantia, one of South Africa's oldest and most respected wine regions, known for its fresh and elegant cool-climate wines.


The wine consists of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon, a classic Bordeaux blend that combines freshness, structure, and complexity. The region's moderate climate ensures slow grape ripening, giving the Constantia Hill White its precise aromatics and elegant acidity. With 13.5% Vol. alcohol, this South African white wine is harmonious, balanced, and particularly enjoyable to drink.
