The K+K Kirnbauer KONQUEST 2022 14% Vol. 3 l is a powerful Cabernet Franc from Central Burgenland, representing intensity, depth, and modern Austrian red wine culture. Produced by the renowned K+K Kirnbauer winery, this Austrian red wine embodies the idea of "conquering the senses and enjoyment." As a single-varietal Cabernet Franc, the KONQUEST impressively demonstrates the potential of this grape variety on the characteristic red clay soils of Burgenland.


The vinification is carried out with the highest precision: After gentle destemming, the grapes are carefully selected to use only perfectly ripe fruit. Controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with 21 days of maceration, achieving an intensive extraction of color, structure, and aromas. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation occurs in barriques. The wine then matures for 24 months in new American oak barrels, developing depth, structure, and a fine roasted aroma. Bottled in June 2025, this 3-liter Cabernet Franc magnum proves powerful, complex, and has aging potential until 2036.
