The Winkler-Hermaden Rosé Steiermark 2025 11.4% Vol. 0.75 l is an elegant and particularly fresh rosé wine from Styria, reflecting the characteristic lightness and precision of the Winkler-Hermaden winery. The grapes come from various vineyards around Kapfenstein in the Styrian Volcanic Land, where mineral soils and a distinctive climate create ideal conditions for aromatic and vibrant Austrian rosé wines.


The cuvée consists of 80% St. Laurent and 20% Pinot Noir. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, extracting only minimal color from the berry skins, which gives the wine its typical pale pink hue. It is aged dry in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and fruit particularly clearly. The harvest took place on September 1st and 4th, 2025, and the wine was bottled on March 9th, 2026. The rosé is produced using organic-regenerative methods and is vegan. With 11.4% Vol., this Styrian rosé wine is light, juicy, and particularly invigorating. The ideal drinking maturity is between 2026 and 2031.
