The agaves used come from the high altitudes of the Jalisco Highlands region, where climate and soil structure offer optimal conditions for cultivating Blue Weber Agave. Production follows traditional Mexican tequila-making methods. The agave hearts are first slowly cooked in a brick oven, allowing the natural sugars of the agave to develop optimally. Distillation then takes place in copper pot stills, creating a particularly pure and expressive small-batch tequila. After distillation, the tequila is diluted with water to drinking strength and bottled without barrel aging, thus preserving the original character of the Blue Weber Agave entirely.
