The Ayala Champagne A/19 Le Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut Millésime 2019 12.5% Vol. in the 0.75 l bottle is an exceptional vintage cuvée that highlights the purity and elegance of the Chardonnay grape. With A/19, the renowned Champagne house Champagne AYALA presents a modern interpretation of its characteristic Blanc de Blancs style, underscoring the central role of Chardonnay within the Maison.


The cuvée is 100% Chardonnay and comes exclusively from selected Grands Crus and Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. For the 2019 vintage, the six renowned Crus Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cuis and Vaudemange were selected. In recent years, Chardonnay has proven to be particularly adaptable to climate change and has been able to maintain its natural freshness and precise acidity structure. After an average of six years of aging on the lees, this Champagne Millésime 2019 develops remarkable complexity and a creamy texture. The low Extra-Brut dosage of only 5 g/l residual sugar gives the champagne additional precision and particularly clearly expresses the minerality of the chalk soils. The result is an elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne that impressively reflects AYALA's signature and meets the highest demands for finesse, freshness and origin.
