Produced in the renowned Prosecco region of Treviso, this high-quality Italian sparkling wine is made from 100% Glera grapes, which are responsible for the typical freshness, floral aromas and lively elegance of classic Prosecco wines. The Glera grapes are harvested in September and come from vineyards with medium-heavy soils at an altitude of around 40 metres.


Porta Leone Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC is produced using the traditional Charmat method. Following gentle pressing and static must clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank with selected yeasts, ensuring the fine and persistent effervescence of this Prosecco DOC from Veneto. With a residual sugar content of around 15 g/l, the Extra Dry style is pleasantly fruity, well-balanced and particularly approachable. At 11% ABV, this Italian Prosecco impresses with its lively freshness, elegant structure and invigorating drinkability.
