Produced by the traditional Frescobaldi winery, this high-quality Italian rosé wine is named after Alìe - a sea nymph from Greek mythology who symbolises sensuality and beauty. The cuvée from the Syrah and Vermentino grape varieties combines the vigour and freshness of the Tuscan coastal region in a modern and expressive style.


The proximity to the sea decisively shapes the character of this Rosé IGT from Tuscany and gives it its elegant minerality and maritime freshness. After careful harvesting, the grapes are processed quickly and with particular care. The whole-cluster pressing takes place without oxygen and with very gentle pressure in order to optimally preserve the fine flavours. After several hours of must clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at below 19 °C in stainless steel tanks. The Frescobaldi ALÌE Rosé 2025 then matures for several months on the fine lees and also in the bottle. The 2025 vintage is characterised by its particular balance, freshness and aromatic precision. At 12% vol., this premium rosé from Italy is elegant, lively and harmoniously balanced.
