The long-established Sacchetto winery produces this Prosecco DOC from 100 per cent Glera grapes in the renowned wine-growing regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. With its fine effervescence, harmonious freshness and elegant fruitiness, it embodies the traditional interpretation of a Prosecco Frizzante.


After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and the must is fermented under temperature-controlled conditions. Vinification takes place using selected yeasts; the wine then matures in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions and gains further harmony in the bottle after bottling. This allows the Frizzante to retain its lively freshness and varietal aromas. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., the Sacchetto Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC impresses with its soft, harmonious character and pleasant drinkability. When stored under optimal conditions, it has an ageing potential of around 18 to 20 months, with its fresh aromas coming into their own particularly well in the first few months after bottling.
