Faer Isles Reipatari Dry Gin is a characterful dry gin from the Faroe Islands, whose recipe draws inspiration from the rugged maritime environment of the North Atlantic. The botanical that gives it its name is the locally harvested Reipatari seaweed (Himanthalia elongata). Following trials with various types of seaweed, this variety was selected for its nutty, fresh character. The seaweed lends the gin a subtle oceanic and maritime note without overpowering the classic gin character.
