Planteray Rum FIJI ISLANDS Single Cask Multi-Oak Cask 2019 48.4% ABV 0.7 l is a limited-edition single-cask bottling from Fiji, which forms part of the exclusive Planteray Single Cask Collection 2026. This exceptional rum is produced from sugarcane molasses at the Paradise Beverage Distillery, where the molasses is first fermented for four to five days and then distilled using the traditional pot still method. Distilled in 2019, the rum is first matured for four years under tropical conditions in ex-bourbon casks, before being stored for a further 19 months in Ferrand casks in France. It derives its distinctive character from a final 18-month finishing period in a multi-oak cask made from American and French oak. Bottled at 48.4% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle with a gift box, this special edition combines Pacific rum tradition with French barrel ageing.
